Title: Crowdfunding small print binned as Retro Computers Ltd loses court refund action

Crowdfunding small print binned as Retro Computers Ltd loses court refund action (https://www.theregister.co.uk/2018/01/31/crowdfunding_court_case_refund_retro_computers_zx_vega_plus/)

Once again, I have been proven to be right about this sort of thing.

For YEARS I've maintained that it does NOT matter what rubbish Star Citizen puts in their TOS; and that any legal challenge to it, will PROVE goods were purchased, and not pledged via giving them free money.

The same applies here in the US whereby @FTC have said time and time again that crowd-funding isn't free money with no obligations for delivery or any such expectations.

Lol, should I be waiting for Chris not to show up to the Crytek trial in fear that "[his] cock will be chopped off"?
That's an innovative defense at least.

Saddly nessecary rulings as so many developers deliberately blur the lines between investments, pre-orders, donations and loans.
