Also, I just checked his latest video. Nope, no change or correction.

Check again.

It's hilarious that you think breach of contact and copyright infringement claims are a "nuisance". You should try telling that to all the companies and individuals who have been sued into the ground over one or both of those.

What's hilarious about it?  Squadron 42 is not a product that's been delivered to customers.  Showing a snippet of code in Bugsmashers doesn't damage Crytek in any way.  There's nothing here worth litigating anymore.

Ah, I see you've now switched gears and now parroting the new bs from Lior's walkback video. :emot-lol:
Star Citizen isn't a game. It's a TV show about a bunch of characters making a game. It's basically "This is Spinal Tap" - except people think the band is real.

Chris probably is trying really hard to get CIG to collapse before the lawsuit continues. Discovery will kill them all.

There's something magical about there being only one version of the truth, isn't there?

I normally would continue ignoring non-arguments like these, but you haven't posted anything of substance on the actual surviving claims yet.  And referring to abstract "breach of contract" or "copyright infringement" doesn't count.  This is not a boogeyman to scare the kids with.  This is a specific case with its own specific circumstances.

For example, you've told everyone here about how statutory damages is something CIG should be worried about.  Perhaps you can expand on that further.

Perhaps you can move your trolling and stupidity to another forum?

There's this kettle right, and it's black, but somehow it doesn't realise it.

Fascinating stuff.

Is this a delaying tactic to try and delay discovery perhaps?

If so, I can't see the judge being impressed.

Since Crytek is the one asking, I guess not. Most likely reason for asking: Holiday season?

Every good show ends the season on a cliffhanger. It keeps the tension up.

Tune in next year, when the underdog comes back in full force. ;)

Was wondering when they do discovery if CryTek will be able to look at all of their personal bank accounts and go after any money in those accounts?

Doubt it.

Discovery relates to the specific causes of action in the case in question.
