Guys, I have looked into this, and I'm not seeing a new ToS. At least not on the website. I wonder if these wankers only updated it in the launcher in order to make it difficult to compare against prior versions.

It was there I pulled the whole document down into word on the laptop, but I do not believe I saved it. I will check for that shortly and see if I have it or not.

Looks like I was up to late when I saw the reddit post I do not see an updated TOS either. When they said it was changed I just compared to the 2016 I had saved.

I'm a goober, glad I posted in reddit could have made mistakes, after 12:00pm my research ability drops off completely. I went back and checked my saved links, they all point back to the 2018. I did not even look at the date and just grabbed and compared, none of the links I have point to an updated TOS.

Yeah, Jan 2018 is the latest version. There haven't been any new changes since then. I still have all the versions.

It's not new. The ToS reflects the territory you live in. That's why the US ver is different from the EU version. They determine this based on IP geofencing, your billing account mailing address etc
